A+ Therapy Group, LLC is a growing Speech Therapy Clinic in Olive Branch, MS. Founder, Dortheen Wade has over 25 years of experience working in Speech-Language Pathology. Dortheen earned her bachelor's degree in Broadcasting Communications from the University of Tennessee at Martin and her Master's degree in Communicational Disorders from Murray State University in Kentucky. She has an extensive variety of experience stemming from her work in Home Health, Public Schools, Geriatric Rehabilitation Centers, Pediatric Outpatient Clinics, Early Intervention, and Teletherapy. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed in three states. She is also certified in VitalStim. A non-invasive therapy to help swallow function through the use of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation(NMES).
Dortheen has a passion for helping her clients find their "voice" whether through articulation, fluency, or language therapy. She believes that caregiver education is a vital part of successful therapy outcomes. In her downtime, Dortheen enjoys traveling, browsing local shops, baking, and spending time with her family.
